Wichmann & Co Announces Launch Event for “The Ticket” in Terrell
Wills Point, TX – Wichmann & Co, LLC, a boutique publishing and record company dedicated to helping people’s ideas and vision come to life, proudly announces the launch of The Ticket, a new novel by local entrepreneur and speaker Cecilia Wichmann. The book launch event will take place on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Whisked Away Bake House in Terrell.
The Ticket tells the story of Rachel, a woman living in Wills Point and working in Forney who suddenly finds herself holding a winning Powerball ticket. As the world around her goes on unaware, Rachel must navigate how to live a new kind of life while holding on to the secret that could change everything.
This fast-paced, emotionally charged novel is woven with small-town flavor, nods to familiar local places and businesses, and the very human struggles of deciding who you become when your life shifts overnight.
“I wrote this story for the dreamers, the doers, and the ones who never give up,” says Wichmann. “Rachel’s story may be fiction, but the heartbeat of Wills Point, Terrell and Forney is in every chapter.”
The launch event will be open to the public, featuring a book signing, meet-and-greet, and celebration of local storytelling.
