Sometimes the day throws a curveball. Yesterday morning I had car trouble and for a moment it looked like I wouldn’t make it to Wine, Women & Wealth. Thankfully, the amazing team at AutoZone in Terrell got me back on the road in just minutes.
And I’m so glad they did. The event in Forney turned out to be a meaningful lunch of networking, conversation, and community. The group was a little smaller than usual, but that allowed space for deeper dialogue. I met entrepreneurs, dreamers, and professionals who are building their visions one step at a time.
What inspired me most were the conversations with people who are interested in writing and publishing their own books. At Wichmann & Co, that is exactly the kind of dream we love to support. Helping someone take the bold step of putting their story into the world is one of the greatest honors of what we do.
So it reminded me that even when the day starts with challenges, it can end with purpose and possibility. It’s all about showing up, connecting, and believing in the power of stories.
