At Wichmann & Co, we love being part of our local entrepreneurial community, and today was a perfect reminder of why. We joined the Forney Area Networking Group for their regular meeting, and this time, it was at their new location, Mama’s Daughters Diner in Forney.
The group has changed both their meeting time and place since we were there last. They now meet on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Tuesday of each month. This was also our first visit to Mama’s Daughters Diner, and it turned out to be a wonderful spot for connecting and sharing ideas.
Today’s gathering was speed networking, which meant plenty of quick conversations, introductions, and high energy in the room. It was a fantastic chance to talk about the vision behind Wichmann & Co and share a little teaser about our upcoming fiction release, “The Ticket,” launching this November. More details will be coming very soon, but let’s just say we’re excited to bring this story to life.
Events like this remind us why local networking matters. It’s not just about exchanging business cards. It’s about building community, supporting one another, and sharing the journeys we’re all on.
We’re grateful to be part of such a thriving network of entrepreneurs and business owners. If you haven’t checked out Forney Area Networking Group or visited Mama’s Daughters Diner yet, we definitely recommend it.
